The encounter that started late night yesterday resulted in the killing of an unidentified militant from which arms and ammunition have been recovered. Inspector General of Police (IGP) Jammu Mukesh Singh said that an unidentified militant has been killed. “He seems to be a foreigner. We are still ascertaining his identity.
